A Visit To Cadbury World

To celebrate a great Spring term a group from Longdon Park school visited Cadbury World in Bournville just before Easter. Students from across the school had a brilliant day, finding out about the history of chocolate and how the Aztecs made hot chocolate trading in cocoa beans

Students and the team then moved through history in a 4D cinema to see how Cadbury added a glass and a half of milk to the rich, dark, pure chocolate to make the treat we all love. Everyone was given samples of chocolate and had the opportunity to write their names in liquid chocolate as well as spend their pocket money in the chocolate shop!
