Inta Zdanovska recognised for her commitment and success

Teaching Assistant, Inta Zdanovska, has been recognised for her commitment and success by Derby College Group where she has recently studied for her Level 3 and Level 4 Diploma for Teaching Assistants.

Inta already has a bachelor’s degree in education from a university in Latvia but has found it a difficult process to be able to teach in the UK. Undeterred she completed an entry-level pathway to GCSEs then enrolled on the level 3 TA course with Derby College.

Inta has worked for Longdon Park School for 2 years and during her time has built excellent relationships with pupils. 

Continual professional development is embedded within our culture and we are always looking to develop colleagues and promote from within, as a result of Inta’s hard work and commitment she will be leading a class group from September.   We are super proud of Inta’s achievements and hope she continues to grow and develop.
